At Beverly Hills Nuts, we go to great lengths to ensure that our customers get the freshest product in the best possible condition. We know that there are less expensive ways to ship our product, but our first priority is that your product arrives in perfect condition. That is why we only ship via UPS, either Next Day, Next Day Airsaver, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or Ground.

If you require an earlier delivery, please upgrade to Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air.

Beverly Hills Nuts determines your shipping fee based on weight and destination. In your shopping cart, you can choose from several different options of delivery and see the calculated prices for delivery of your order. 

Standard Shipping orders are sent via UPS Ground, Monday-Wednesday. Rush Shipping orders are recommended to be sent via Next Day Air, Monday-Thursday. Orders must be placed by 12pm (PST) for same day shipping.

- Orders placed after 12pm (PST) will be shipped on the next available ship day.
- To limit time in transit, items are NEVER shipped over the weekends.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

UPS has permission to leave packages at the recipient address if no one is there to sign for it. Beverly Hills Nuts is NOT responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We suggest shipping to a business location when possible. If no one is present, UPS will make two more attempts before they return the package to us. Beverly Hills Nuts will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us by UPS.
